A variety of watercolours especially work well on cotton canvas, as does acrylic paints for layers and texture or Oils for lasting colour.

Honed Quotes use thick vintage looking cotton canvas. It's natural in colour, is not bleached and hasn't been base coated. This provides a different effect to cheaper canvas's that are printed from computer.

Honed Quotes on canvas's are therefore limited, earthy and highly detailed decor.

The minimum size we offer is 8" by 10",
The normal size commissioned is 24" by 18",
The largest size we offer is 31" by 31".

Honed quotes on canvas are stretched around a bespoke frame size that you choose.

All quotes on canvas are stretched around thick edged or thin edged sustainably sourced pine.

The quotes on canvas are stretched around frames using heavy duty staples and are finished tightly stretched with glue.
